As a Sr Building Automation Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and executing building automation programs. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams. By developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, you will ensure the successful execution and delivery of building automation programs. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you'll work out of our Centennial, CO location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
The annual base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage building automation programs to ensure successful execution and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and performance goals
- Utilize Honeywell's Cora PPM system for records management and project tracking
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell processes and standards
- Accurately forecast financials and manage working capital based on planned activities
- Coordinate with Cost Account Managers to support project cost control
- Drive timely execution of engineering submittals, procurement, and site works (technicians and subcontractors)
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact program delivery
- Provide coordination and guidance across functional teams and stakeholders
- Support capacity analysis and ensure resources align with project demands
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for program management efficiency
- Prepare and present clear programmatic updates and reports to leadership

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 6 years of experience in building automation programs or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
WE VALUE
- PMP certification or equivalent
- PM Principles & Processes with emphasis on IPDS phase II-V
- Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation
- Scheduling including resource-loading critical path analysis
- SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule
- Demonstrate knowledge of Earned Value Management
- Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
- Risk Management (Identification & Mitigation)
- Cross Functional Communication with program team/sponsors
- May perform the role of program's risk process manager
