As a Sr Controllership Analyst here at Honeywell,you will hold a critical position within our finance team. Your primaryresponsibility will be to support the controllership function for thedesignated region or division. You will play a key role in ensuring accurateand timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies andregulations, and driving the financial close processes. Your expertise infinancial analysis and insights will be instrumental in providing valuablerecommendations and guidance to senior management for strategicdecision-making.

In this role, you will impact the accuracy andcompleteness of financial statements, collaborate with cross-functional teamsto drive process improvements, and provide financial analysis to supportdecision-making at the regional or divisional level.

Key Responsibilities:

• HFM Reporting
• Audit worksheets
• Government reporting
• Support financial statements compliance with US GAAP and Honeywell accounting/internal policies
• Review Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Provide audit support and assist with remediation of audit observations or corrective action plans and ensure strong
  internal controls environment
• Work closely with SBG controllers and commercial finance to ensure overall compliance
• Support other specialprojects/strategic initiatives as required

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Controllership
• Hands on experience with SAP (FICO, PS, SD modules) and HFM
• English Proficiency.
