Pipefitter General Foreman

Location: Varies (Travel Required)

Full-Time | On-Site

Your Mission: Lead and oversee all aspects of installation, maintenance, and repairs in new or remodeled facilities. Plan daily crew activities, ensure quality and safety, and keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and specs; assist in crew layout and planning.
• Supervise daily tasks, monitor quality, and enforce safety practices.
• Coordinate material delivery and equipment maintenance.
• Complete necessary reports (daily logs, safety, inspections, etc.).
• Train, mentor, and manage a crew of up to six or more employees.
• Tackle related trade work and step in as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in relevant work; 3+ years in supervision preferred.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Skilled at interpreting documents, measurements, and technical instructions.
• Strong leadership abilities with a safety-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel (up to 90%) and adapt to various site conditions.

What You'll Need:

• Physical stamina to work shifts up to 12 hours in challenging environments.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights or confined spaces.
• Required safety gear (hardhat, gloves, etc.).
