Location: Midland/Odessa, TX

Got a knack for precision and airflow design? We're looking for skilled HVAC Mechanics to join the team and focus on installing duct systems that keep buildings running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Install ductwork for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial spaces.
• Measure, cut, and assemble duct components to meet project specs.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards for airflow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform troubleshooting and adjustments during installation as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in HVAC duct installation.
• Familiarity with tools and techniques for measuring, cutting, and fastening ductwork.
