Reporting to the Director of Sales - Natural Gas, Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction. Account Manager will coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolving customer issues. Account Manager will assist with tracking performance metrics and report generation on sales performance.

JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned customers
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Regularly check in with customers to understand their needs and concerns
• Address customer issues and work to resolve them in a timely manner
• Liaise between customer and internal team to ensure smooth service
• Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to improve service levels
• Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous growth
• Track key performance indicators related to accounts

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service within the energy or natural gas industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
• Familiarity with performance metrics and sales reporting tools
