Communications Advisor
Are you a creative, practical communicator who loves bringing clarity to complexity and helping people feel informed, inspired and connected?

We are flexible with location and happy to consider candidates based in either Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

You're a corporate communications pro with 5 to 7 years of experience, most likely in internal communications or a generalist role where you've had hands-on experience with messaging, channels, campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
You're confident working with people at all levels, including senior leaders, and can turn complex ideas into simple, clear, and compelling messages. You're equal parts strategist and doer. We're looking for someone who can see the big picture, but also rolls up their sleeves to develop, plan and execute all elements of a project.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects without compromising on quality. You're curious about technology, collaborative by nature, and always looking for smarter ways to deliver value through communications.
Industry experience in engineering, construction, science or tech is a bonus, but not essential.
Don't meet every single requirement? That's okay! If you've got the drive to proactively work your development, we'll support you every step of the way.
What matters most is your attitude, your energy, and your passion for making communications meaningful.
