As a Sr. Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, in Finland. You will focused on the customer interface and the business management of his/ her area of responsibility. PM have responsibility for delivery and execution of Automation solutions in compliance with customer specifications and contractual CAPEX agreements. PM lead's cross functional teams to ensure successful on time and on budget project delivery, managing project scope and changes, and reporting the current and future performance of all assigned projects. Key responsibilities include daily engagement and teaming with customers, project team members, sales and marketing, engineering, supply chain, and business management to ensure customer satisfaction, excellence in delivery, quality, overall project performance, and accurate forecasting and reporting for assigned projects. Travel requirements 50% and work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall business responsibility for project execution and delivery (Cost, Schedule, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Safety) of assigned projects within required performance criteria; Leading large scale ICSS (DCS, QCS & SIS) and advanced application projects, including the procurement, design, implementation, FAT, commissioning, documentation and support of control and optimization applications.
• Drive customer satisfaction, timely reporting of project progress and issues to customer; Implements projects according to appropriate Global Project Management (GPM) practices, including compliance to agreement, project safety, project quality, customer satisfaction, schedule, schedule, risk management, cash-flow and resource needs.
• Be responsible for monthly business processes including project reviews, financial, material and labor forecasting. Provides mentoring to the project team in areas of technical expertise as well as work practices, project status and deadlines including financial deadlines and safety.
• Participate in sales support activities, contract updates and audit activities. Manages third party sub-suppliers, third party constructions and other sub-contracts with the procurement team members.
• Manages customer billing as per contract and ensures that all payments are made in a timely manner. Interface with the other businesses and functions when executing cross-business projects.

Must Have Skills

• Experience in Project and Program Management or Technical Sales, with a bachelor's degree in engineering or business (BS/BA).
• Experience in Industrial Automation or relevant industry with proven track record delivering large CAPEX projects.
• Project planning experience with Project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, CORA)
• Finnish language is required however ability to conduct work in English is must
• Expertise within technical or business fields
