As a Sr Account Manager - Building Management Systems (BMS) Europe here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our BMS business in Europe. With your extensive experience in account management and building automation systems, you will be responsible for managing strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships. Your ability to identify new business opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will contribute to the growth and market leadership of our BMS business in Europe.
You will report directly to our Senior Sales Leader for Switzerland and Austria and work either remotely or from our location in Givisiez, Switzerland.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company by driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the building automation industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in French, German and English is a must.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
