Position: Instrumentation CAD Designer

Airswift is proud to be partnering with a major Engineering contractor in the energy sector to support the recruitment of an experienced Instrumentation Designer or Drafter. This position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact international projects with a focus on quality, coordination, and technical excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

• Revise and update AutoCAD installation drawings for instrumentation systems.
• Work from base documents provided (e.g., project presentation, HSE booklet).
• Ensure all documentation meets technical, content, and presentation quality standards.
• Follow project-specific procedures, quality assurance protocols, and timelines set by the client.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in AutoCAD (especially for industrial/instrumentation drawings).
• Strong knowledge of bulk instrumentation elements: cables, cable trays, hook-ups, etc.
• Familiarity with applicable codes: API, IEC, etc.
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Attention to detail in documentation layout and information clarity.
• Able to follow established procedures and project standards.
