Job Description Summary

F Series Domestic Customer Account Manager - Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.
Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labor as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Role Overview: As a Lead Services Specialist 1 - Customer Order and Fulfillment, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling, and delivering replacement/repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. This position is primarily on-site, with occasional remote work flexibility. You will manage processes such as order intake, material management, site operations, and warehouse logistics & shipping.
  • Facilitate order management by processing order intake and inputting into internal systems.
  • Connect to customer portals and systems, and support forecasting, billing, and collection activities.
  • Serve as the key contact for customer inquiries and manage the customer complaint resolution process.
  • Work with operations to understand and communicate commitments and status to customers.
  • Engage in sales activities for assigned customers (Aerospace only).
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
  • Understand best practices and how your area integrates with others, and be aware of the competition and market differentiators.
  • Use judgment to propose different solutions outside of set parameters for more complicated manufacturing processes.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
  • Explain information and develop skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within the field.
  • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.

Additional Information:
  • Full-time position with standard business hours.
  • Background and drug screening required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
