Responsibilities:
- Experienced in warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards
- Receive and process inbound shipments accurately and promptly
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping of orders, including transport booking
- Handle return shipments from service vans and process accordingly
- Manage surplus stock returns and inventory updates
- Conduct tool inspections and clean returned items to ensure readiness for reuse
Qualifications:
- Experienced in warehousing operations
- Fluent in English; intermediate to professional proficiency in Japanese
- Knowledgeable about a wide range of tools and equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Electrician background is a strong advantage
- SAP experience, particularly in warehouse-related transactions (preferred)
- Hold a valid forklift certification (preferred)

- Safety-first mindset with strong awareness of workplace standards and protocols
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, can-do mentality with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative when challenges arise
- Inclusive attitude with a collaborative mindset; values teamwork and open communication
- Service- and customer-oriented, always aiming to support internal and external stakeholders
- A reliable team player within construction and field service environments
- Experienced with SAP or similar enterprise systems for warehouse and inventory management
