Core Model Business Modules & Integration Lead
The GET program aims to deliver the future core model with a central "one ERP / One ARIBA" platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling , procurement, maintenance and sales as main areas.
The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best-in-class processes & solutions.
The CORE Model Business Modules & Integration Lead role is proposed to reinforce the internal team supporting the core model delivery and coordinating the pilots/rollouts.
This role will be N-2 to GET IT, Core Model and Master Data Lead and directly report to the core model lead.
Job Responsibilities:
The Core Model Business Modules and Integration Lead will pilot the core model for Inventory and Maintenance processes including risk management, work clearance and log-out/tag-out scope. He will be responsible for managing and optimizing the maintenance and inventory processes within our company. He will work closely with technical teams, supply chain managers and end-users to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
He will manage and lead transversal topics from both functional and technical perspectives. The role involves ensuring the engagement of relevant stakeholders and key experts to secure the delivery of transversal topics. It also includes driving and leading efforts to identify the best options considering various perspectives such as functional, technical, business value, implementation, and run effort. Additionally, maintaining relationships with infrastructure and business teams to facilitate the delivery of transversal topics is crucial.
He will pilot all activities related to integration with 3rd party tool (core and or local satellites). For core satellites, he will participate to tool selection securing GET integration principles. He will drive functional and technical integration, secure build, SIT,...
Those activities will require him/her to assist business teams in defining business requirements. He will ensure coherence with the Core Model and GET program guidelines. The role also involves reviewing integrator deliveries and challenging proposed solutions. This will require to foster collaboration with integrators and SAP teams to secure design authority presentations for arbitrations. Ensuring the quality of test delivery by the IT integrator during testing phases is also part of the responsibilities.
He will be the Core Model Lead Deputy and replace him in any relevant governing bodies when necessary.
He will manage a pool of 4 to 6 internal and 5 to 10 external resources.

Position requirements
- Very good knowledge of the SAP Ecosystem and SAP Programs methodology and approach.
- Very good understanding of connectivity mechanisms and good practices with third party tools with different technologies (APIs / Webservices / ...)
- Expertise on specific SAP modules (like IM PM, FI, CO, MM,...)is highly appreciated
- Understanding the process of translating business requirements and processes into IT solution in S/4.
- Ability to engage different stakeholder profiles
- Ability to listen different point of view, make proposal and convince
- Ability to work in multi country and multi cultural environment
- At least 10 years experience in SAP program
- Good references in the previous experiences with other customers
- Fluent English (oral/written)
- May require national & international mobility
- 10 days remote work allowed per month
