About the role:

• Develop and optimize thermal designs for components, systems, and processes.
• Perform detailed heat transfer and thermal simulations using computational tools (e.g., CFD, FEA).
• Analyze conduction, convection, and radiation heat transfer mechanisms to ensure system performance.
• Create thermal models to predict system behavior under various operating conditions.
• Use software tools such as ANSYS, COMSOL, Fluent, or MATLAB to simulate thermal performance.
• Validate simulation results through experimental testing and data analysis.
• Design and implement cooling and heating systems, such as heat exchangers, radiators, thermal insulation, and phase-change materials.
• Optimize thermal management strategies for electronics, batteries, engines, or industrial processes.
• Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in thermal design and heat transfer.

About you:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in thermal design, heat transfer analysis, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with thermal modeling and simulation tools.
• Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High level of English
