Asa Chemical Plant Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotalrole in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our chemicalmanufacturing facility. You will be accountable for ensuring that theproduction of chemical products is safe, efficient, and compliant withregulatory standards. Your duties will involve supervising productionprocesses, guiding a team of operators and technicians, and implementingrigorous safety protocols and environmental regulations. Your expertise willcome into play as you optimize plant operations, reduce downtime, controlproduction costs, and ensure the quality of our chemical products. Yourguidance is essential in maintaining the facility's integrity, meetingproduction targets, and upholding high standards of safety and environmentalresponsibility in our dynamic and complex industrial environment.
You will report directly to our Site Leader and you'll work out of our Shreveport,LA. location on a on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and success of our chemicalmanufacturing facility. By optimizing production processes, reducing downtime,and controlling costs, you will contribute to increased profitability and operationalexcellence. Moreover, your role in upholding safety and environmental standardsnot only mitigates risks but also ensures our company's reputation andcompliance with regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
