We are seeking an Internal Sales After Market Specialist for our office in Rivoli.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Quotation Management: Receive, prioritize, and process customer quotation requests using Oracle EBS system
• Technical Resource Allocation: Collaborate with Technical Team to identify and assign appropriate Service Engineers for each request
• Subcontractor Engagement: Request and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, analyzing historical cost and resource pricing
• Quotation Preparation: Develop comprehensive customer quotations, accurately transforming quotes into formal sales orders
• Time and Expense Tracking: Collect and process detailed time sheets and expense documentation
• Billing Operations: Generate customer invoices and manage billing documentation
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit Purchase Orders and Invoices to Finance Team for review and processing
• Payment Management: Monitor and ensure timely receipt of payments from customers
Key Qualifications:
• Advanced digital skills (Excel, Office, ERP systems)
• Sales/administrative experience
• Fluent English and Italian (will be an asset)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Precision and deadline management
