The opportunity
As we scale globally, we're looking for a Head of Demand Generation to lead our digital marketing engine. The role is responsible to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition and revenue.
This is a strategic and high-impact role for a growth-focused, customer-obsessed marketing leader. You'll be the driving force behind Protecht's global demand generation efforts-owning multi-channel programs, setting the standard for digital excellence, and delivering measurable business impact.

What you'll Do
Global Demand Generation Strategy
  • Design and execute global digital marketing campaigns across paid media, content syndication, and email.
  • Work closely with regional field marketing teams to align programs with local market needs and drive global consistency.
  • Manage digital agencies for media planning, buying, and campaign execution to maximise ROI.
  • Leverage HubSpot and automation tools to nurture leads, accelerate pipeline, and drive conversions.
Website & SEO Performance
  • Own website strategy, performance, and UX-ensuring the site is optimised for engagement, SEO, and conversion.
  • Lead Protecht's SEO roadmap (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO-first content strategies and continuous CRO testing.
Email Marketing & Automation
  • Oversee global email marketing strategy including segmentation, workflows, and performance optimisation.
  • Develop lead capture, scoring, and routing processes in collaboration with marketing and revenue operations.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and drive measurable campaign improvements.
Data, Analytics & Continuous Optimisation
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics across campaigns and channels.
  • Lead the cross-functional Lead Quality Council, focusing on MQL to SQL conversion and lead governance.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to inform decisions and continuously optimise performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
  • Lead Protecht's digital marketing centre of excellence, setting global best practices and scalable processes.
  • Act as the primary marketing contact for sales teams on demand generation campaigns and pipeline-driving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content, sales, and product marketing teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.

What you'll bring
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong expertise in demand generation, website management, SEO, and email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic
  • Proficient in marketing and sales technology platforms, especially HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, website analytics, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, report, and optimise campaign performance
  • Experience managing external agencies for SEO and paid media
  • Experience working within global or multi-regional marketing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global functions
