This position reports to

Senior Business Controller

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts. Each day, you will support the ABB group management and other stakeholders at various organization levels in decision making processes. Support the VIP (Volume incentive program) to account managers and controllers, make calculation and release the incentives for the customers. The work model for the role is: #L-hybrid This role is contributing to the Finance team and stakeholders. You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting the analysis of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions. • Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar businesses within ABB. • Working with management team to understand and analyze drivers of financial performance and identifying market trends. • Preparing financial modeling for various hypotheses and analyzing impact to the organization and validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reporting through reconciliation and review of exceptions.

Qualifications for the role

• 3+ years of experience in finance or related fields and have good understanding of revenue/expense analysis.
• Ability to demonstrate your knowledge and solid foundations in accounting.
• Ease communicating in English in an advanced level.
• Highly adept in Excel is a must. Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
• A previous experience in international company would be an advantage.
• Problem solving mindset, good communication skills, prioritizing task ability
