This position reports to
Local Business Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: {onsite) This role is contributing to the {Motion} in {Pakistan}. You will be mainly accountable for: Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy. Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. Manage and develop depth and breadth of relationships across the organization of assigned customer accounts. Ensure that major accounts in all verticals are identified and prioritized. Ensure efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques. Communicates details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy. Feeds back to the business on market development and requirements. Establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of all products/systems/services offering and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout sales process. Continuously assesses market trends, customers, competitors, industries/segments, and analyses to identify and realize opportunities with existing and potential new customers. Feeds back to Line Manager on market trends, competitive landscape, market pricing expectations and conditions to win.

Qualifications for the role
- 5+ years Sales & Marketing experience in Motors & Drives
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- High standards of HSE and Integrity
- Excellent skills in Customer relations with mature selling behavior and actively drive discussions and negotiations to the benefit of the customer and ABB business
- Good interpersonal skills
- Results oriented and good team player
- Good knowledge of ABB offering products /systems and applications
