The Parts Aftermarket Sales Team supplies wind turbine owners and service providers with spare parts for maintenance and repairs to ensure the continuous operation of thousands of wind turbines in northern Europe. The team is developing an exciting growth plan through digitalisation and customer service excellence and is now looking for a technically and commercially qualified leader to continue its journey to commercial success.

Additional information
The position will be based in Videbæk, DK. The role requires approximately 30 days of travel per year, mainly to customers and for team meetings.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the key person for the team promoting engagement towards customers as well as internal collaboration. Further, your responsibilities include:
- Manage spare parts sales to Northern European customers of all sizes
- Lead and coach a team of aftermarket sales representatives
- Develop and promote strategic initiatives to grow sales and maintain high customer loyalty
- Share experiences with other aftermarket sales teams and cooperate to establish best practices
- Align with other Vestas departments such as Supply Chain, Procurement and Repair Shop to identify and implement business improvements
- Contribute to the growth of Shop Vestas and digital solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Keep track of budgets, target settings and continuous forecasting of team results
Qualifications
We believe that you bring the following experience:
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent work experience
- Experience with aftermarket service and sales of technical products
- Experience from wind or similar industries such as automotive, aerospace or technical industries
- Fluency in English and Danish, both verbally and in writing. Additional Northern European language skills will be advantageous
- User experience in MS Office is required combined with a good understanding of the use of ERP systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar
