Job Summary:

Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the building and equipment essential to the operation of the hospital with a primary focus on all physical plant equipment. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 3-5 years of plant operations/powerhouse and maintenance experience in a similar environment is required.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

Technical training in power plant operation is required. Technical training in refrigeration or basic electricity is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Leadership qualities and training experience.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Valid Wisconsin driver's license is required. 3rd Class Operator's Engineering License is required within 18 months of hire. Universal Refrigerant Handling Certificate is required within 18 months of hire
