You will become part of the Global Service Strategy department, which reports directly to the EVP of Service. Global Service Strategy is responsible for defining the strategy of Vestas' Service function, EVP-level communications and driving strategic decision-making. This entails identifying and assessing strategic opportunities and challenges, developing recommendations, and working with senior stakeholders to fulfil strategic goals.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will take part in the formulation of Vestas' Service business strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing insightful analyses and developing recommendations for crucial topics that require senior decision-making
• Supporting critical strategic projects, working closely with various teams to implement practical solutions
• Coordinating and aligning strategic initiatives across the Service organisation and other EVP areas will be central in this role
• Providing support to the Service Leadership Team and creating EVP communications material

Qualifications

• Possesses good business understanding
• Has previous experience in strategy-related topics, e.g. gained from internal strategy functions in large organisations or established management consultancies
• Brings demonstrated experience collaborating with executive leadership
