By joining us as an Inside Sales Engineer your main responsibility will be to identify the best technical solutions and prepare quotations for industrial customers using Emerson Automation Solutions' industry leading products and services. You will specifically focus on Rosemount and Micro Motion brands of measurement instrumentation: pressure, level, temperature, liquid analytical such as pH and conductivity, flow, and flame & gas detection technologies.

You will have the chance to develop both personally and professionally by working in an international environment with top products and solutions in the industry and having many opportunities to take your career one step further.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Co-operate with outside sales engineers, technical specialists and product managers to offer the best solutions for customers
  • Prepare quotations to industrial customers
  • You will be working with wide range of Emerson portfolios. The main product categories are measurement and analytical instruments.
  • Work as a project technical engineer in a small and medium-sized instrumentation projects
  • Provide advice on technical solutions to customers and colleagues.
  • Co-operate with order handling and customer care teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Develop and drive account plans with other sales engineers to develop long term customer relationships

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering Field or equivalent (for example automation, electricity, engineering, energy, chemistry). For a fitting candidate, this is an entry-level position.
  • Proficient Finnish and English language skills are a must: verbal, reading and writing.
  • PC Literate with focus on Windows OS and MS Office skills.
  • Curiosity about and knowledge of measurement instrumentation in Finnish industry.
  • Customer-focused approach, willing to take action personality, driven to reach the sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart
  • Relevant work experience from an industrial field in measurement instrumentation. Experience in industrial automation is an advantage.
  • Swedish and/or Norwegian language skills would be considered a plus.
  • Previous experience of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and systems is a plus.
