Job Summary:

Planning and scheduling activities across TLM workshops and taking responsibility for master planning activities covering all products being delivered through the facility.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Plan a portfolio of products for the TLM sites, ensuring load balancing and resource availability.
• Work closely with tendering and life of field teams, ensuring customer commitments and contract dates can be achieved.
• Monthly update and review the schedule and workload. Analysis of deviations from to plan. Propose recovery plans, preventive/mitigating actions, and "what-if" scenarios for plan optimisation.
• Maintain and monitor capacity on the plant and at workshop level, working with TLM managers.
• Forecast workload and capacity at the TLM sites (master plan).
• Prepare workshop schedules and workload & and capacity charts for tendering.
• Support transition to the new ERP SAP system.
• Establish a capacity requirements plan for new projects not yet in a system based on probability. Align with the current plan and ongoing projects.
• Actively engage with the global TLM network and implement improvement tasks to standardise and align our processes globally.
• As necessary, perform other activities as part of TLM scheduling team responsibility.

Essential Requirements:

• Obtained or in the process of obtaining a relevant BSc qualification Project Management, Business and Management or similar.

• The right to work in the UK.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• Understanding of and application of CI tools is essential
• Structured and strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills and able to build strong relationships
• P6/Microsoft Project skills preferred but not essential
