As an Industrial Automation Project Manager here at Honeywell, in Sofia, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of programs within Honeywell Industrial Automation (IA). You will be responsible for managing and coordinating project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, enhance program performance and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time and meeting quality standards

Key skills and qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Drivers license
• Fluent English required. Fluent Russian would be considered an advantage.
