We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team and ensure the highest quality service and craftsmanship for every customer. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in HVAC systems, a passion for mentoring and developing technicians, and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer experiences.

As the Install Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily residential HVAC installations, managing and scheduling crews, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring all work meets company standards and regulatory requirements. You'll play a key role in driving operational efficiency, maintaining safety protocols, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
• Drive the HVAC department installation through training and development of the field technicians
• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
• Coach install technicians
• Monitor and control call backs
• Review and approve install crews time and pay role
• Manage to key financial objectives (gross profit, operating profit, etc.)
• Address customer complaints related to field operations
• Oversee all subcontract charges and material charges.
• Assure adherence to all TDLR governances.
• Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in design, installation, and maintenance and repair experience of residential HVAC systems
• Class B HVAC Contractors License is preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
• Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
• Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
• Service Titan experience preferred.
