POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Specialist, Lead Generation will identify and cultivate potential customers Qcells products or services. The Lead Generation Associate will employ a variety of marketing strategies to generate leads, including email, social media, content marketing and paid advertising. This role is in the Energy Services Division of Qcells NA and will focus on the CCI (community, commercial & industrial) sector in the US, primarily marketing turnkey solar and energy storage hardware and software solutions. This role will report to the Senior Market Strategy Manger within the CCI Market Strategy Function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute lead-generation marketing campaigns
• Create compelling content, messaging, and ads to drive conversion rates
• Research potential leads using databases, CRM software, and social media
• Qualify leads based on the company's scoring system
• Manage lead nurturing, nurture warm and cold leads & ensure sales convert hot leads
• Continuously monitor & update lead information in CRM software
• Work collaboratively with marketing agencies to develop compelling content
• Develop knowledge of the company's products and services
• Conduct client or market surveys to deliver targeted messaging & campaigns

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications
• Experience leading content marketing, digital advertising, social media & SEO
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in lead generation in the B2B sector
• Strong working knowledge of lead generation tools and techniques
• Monitor and track advertising performance, define metrics to continuously improve conversion rates
• Ability to define and develop customer communications & collateral
• Previous work using market data to define marketing campaigns and strategies
• Strong communication skills & ability to influence
• Ability to build relationships and work under pressure

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of renewable energy strongly preferred

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job's minimum qualifications.
