This position reports to

Procurement & Logistic Manager

Your role and responsibilities

1. ABB SHOP project implementation support - coordination with stakeholders 2. T&E project support - a) Country go-live: AMEX BTA transit to CTA program b) Annual Hotel RFP support: Wishlist data collection & half-year hotel room/night data review 3. Warehousing - annual contract support 4. SCM- daily operation supports a) Procurement - PO tracking and filing. b) Logistics coordination - customs and warehouse operation support. c) Logistics coordination - spot quote/RFQ/OTD analysis report d) Other business related supports

Qualifications for the role

• Essential Requirements:
• Behavior with integrity.
• Basic office operation ability (word, excel, power point)
• Open-mind and be curious
• Comfortable with communicating in English
• Desirable Requirements
• Students who hold active student identity throughout the whole internship program (7/1-8/29)
• Students who has enrolled in Bachelor or relevant learning program in SCM or trade.
