In concrete terms, you will be required to:

As an apprentice• Within the Digiteam division and as a Digiteam Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving communication and maintaining employee engagement within the team. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining and improving Digiteam's (our digital division) presence internally.

Main missions:

• Support and manage internal communication missions
• Content management
• Animate the different communities of the digital team

For example, you will be charged• e to update the intranet and propose new content adapted to the needs of the team. You will also be involved in designing communication templates and hosting important events, such as monthly, quarterly, and annual webinars.

Your responsibilities will also include conducting awareness campaigns on digital topics, synthesizing major digital events, as well as managing or structuring communication initiatives. With the rise of artificial intelligence, many topics will focus on this field. It is therefore crucial to understand this market and to be able to highlight the points that are important to the team.

As a Community Manager, you will respond to various internal communication requests, share knowledge with the Digiteam community via different platforms (such as Viva Engage publications, intranet or interactive games), and help improve the team's communication skills.

To succeed in this position, you must be autonomous, flexible, creative, and proactive. The Digiteam is a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, which requires the ability to adapt quickly to various situations.

Finally, note that Technip Energies is an international company, so a significant part of the work will be done in English. A good command of English, both written and oral, is therefore necessary.

During this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions.

Profile:

We are looking for a student from Bac+3 in communication or a related field. Ideally, the candidate• E must:

• Proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Have a good knowledge of the overall functioning of a CMS (Content Management System)
• Master design tools (visual, prototyping, etc.) such as Figma and Canva
• Be autonomous, proactive, creative, take initiative, responsive and flexible
• Be comfortable speaking
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Be able to follow a work-study rhythm of 3 days in the company / 2 days at school, 4 days in the company / 1 day at school, or 3 weeks in the company / 1 week at school
• Have an appetite for energy subjects, new technologies and the scientific world
• Experience in communication or a related field is a plus
