Region NCE > Onshore North > CSM UK/IE
The Customer Service Management team is responsible for the relationship with our Customers, to ensure the required contractual service levels are met, and that we deliver according to our goals. We are looking for a new Team Leader for our Customer Service Management department in Warrington/Dublin, to support the growth and drive commercial focus across our UK and Ireland Service base.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be
  • Follow up and report on results, risk and opportunities
  • Participating in customer meetings where required
  • Direct and participate in projects within UK and Ireland
  • Daily line management including recruitment of new team members, development of individual members of the team and the team as a whole
  • Taking care of escalated matters, handle communication within, to and from your team


Qualifications
  • Experience of contract management and development of customer relationships
  • Proven skills in delivering to budget alongside an excellent customer experience
  • Ensuring that contractual commitments are met in a cost-efficient way
  • Experience with CRM systems, contracts, and ability to meet customers' expectations.
  • We expect the right candidate for this role to have experience from sales or project management and have a mindset for developing both people and business.
  • Good skills in MS Office and experience from using ERP system such as SAP

  • Systematic, organised, action-oriented and good at problem-solving
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills with the ability to connect with various stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Good financial and legal understanding, with the ability to get involved in complex technical and contractual issues
  • You maintain focus under pressure and are able to handle peaks and a heavy workload, able to take initiative and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and act strategically, demonstrating sound decision-making
