Mission

We are actively recruiting for a Project Support Officer to join our growing team in the UK. Our UK branch is well-established and has a robust presence in the nuclear sector.

You will support our client's teams in executing Contract Engineering Lead activities, which encompass producing deliverables, managing tools, prioritizing tasks, and generating reports.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the contributions of Design Changes (UK-DC) by completing trackers and generating reports.
• Facilitate ongoing improvements to eliminate obstacles in the UK-DC progression.
• Act as the team's representative during UK-DC and IDT configuration days.
• Manage Mantis effectively.
• Coordinate with the team on Switch management and monitor timelines to ensure objectives are met for responding and pursuing RD contributions.
• Collaborate with Document Control to resolve distribution blockers, perform bulk user replacements upon request, and update the transmission matrix as necessary.
• Complete the Paladin injection sheet and create placeholders in Easydoc.
• Ensure trackers on the dashboard are filled, including Cemar communication, and conduct quality checks while managing issuance on the CTS.

Profile

Your Skills and Experience:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of Experience in project support and coordination
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator
• Capable of managing complex projects with various stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word
• Familiarity with document management tools.

This role is full time, consultancy position, 40 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
