We are looking for a strong, service-minded leader to join our Petroleum Division as a Regional Service Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting field service operations across a multi-state region. You'll be responsible for guiding and developing technicians, supporting safety and compliance, and ensuring our high service standards are met every day.
What You'll Do:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- At least 21 years of age.
- 5+ years of experience in the Propane/Fuel Industry.
- CDL (Class B or C) preferred with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Excellent driving record and safety history.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- A self-starter with a service-driven mindset.

We are looking for a strong, service-minded leader to join our Petroleum Division as a Regional Service Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting field service operations across a multi-state region. You'll be responsible for guiding and developing technicians, supporting safety and compliance, and ensuring our high service standards are met every day.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Regional Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training top-tier service technicians.
- Lead and develop service teams across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with our mission to bless and serve.
- Administer training and certification programs for new and current employees.
- Drive safety through leadership of our P3 Safety Program; meet or exceed all monthly and annual safety goals.
- Serve our customers by addressing inquiries, solving problems, and delivering top-tier service solutions.
- Develop and oversee service bids/quotes that meet compliance standards and align with company goals.
- Lead the on-call rotation schedule and step in as needed based on staffing and business demands.
- Maintain accurate inventory across trucks and regional warehouses, while minimizing waste and excess.
- Oversee invoicing processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing.
- Manage documentation for state/federal compliance, certifications, and service records.
- Conduct and schedule safety meetings with support from Regional and Corporate Management.
- Act as the lead point of contact for technicians during field calls and provide coaching in real-time.
- Perform installations, repairs, yard setups, and tank replacements as needed.
- Deliver propane and fill tanks, adhering to all safety standards and state/federal regulations.
- Represent Sapp Bros. with professionalism and a service-first attitude in every interaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
