YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - HVAC APPRENTICESHIP

As a Warehouse Assistant - HVAC Apprenticeship, you are a key member of our team. Thanks to you and your mad organizational skills, our warehouse is orderly, our inventory is well-stocked, and our technicians have all the parts they need to do a fantastic job. Each day, you arrive at work ready to receive, sort, and fill orders. As you do so, you keep our inventory up to date by tracking everything in Excel and our customer relationship management (CRM) database. Attentive to detail, you ensure that each part is in the right place and easy to find. In addition to completing the warehouse assistant duties, you will also be trained on HVAC systems!

Whenever our plumbing or HVAC technicians urgently need a part, you drive to the job site to ensure that they receive it as quickly as possible. You enjoy helping them provide the excellent customer service we pride ourselves on, and our technicians appreciate that you have their backs. Having you on our team is a win-win for everyone, and you're proud to contribute in such a huge way!

WHAT WE NEED IN A WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT - HVAC APPRENTICESHIP

• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Experience with a CRM database and Excel is preferred. Experience in the home services industry is also preferred. Are you dependable and reliable?
