We're looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation Manager to join our Bolt Business team in London. You'll build and lead strategies to drive the high value leads, project managing and executing on various initiatives that increase Bolt Business' brand awareness and maximise our market share.

About the role

As B2B Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for driving hyperlocal, top of funnel leads for Bolt Business. Working both cross-functionality and with a collection of agencies, you will lead on defining and executing activities across core European markets to increase Bolt Business' brand awareness and maximise our market share.

This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of B2B sales marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive GMV and business goals.

You will be a creative thinker - driving initiatives locally such as, but not limited to, events, in-person activations, thought leadership and white papers.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive high-value top-of-funnel leads across assigned key markets and demographics.
  • Operationalise and become the driving force of a strategic ABM strategy, ensuring sales teams are equipped to close the highest value opportunities.
  • Manage specialist regional agencies, ensuring performance metrics are met and they deliver high-quality results.
  • In conjunction with regional agencies build and manage a durable sales acquisition strategy, ensuring accountability and clear deliverables.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and agency performance, utilising data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop internal strategies and initiatives to build the Bolt Business brand and increase credibility.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content and materials to drive brand awareness, monitoring and ensuring these are localised and delivered with impact.
  • Drive awareness in the B2B space of our product and service offering.

About you:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, and having a degree is advantageous.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in an acquisition specialist and/or B2B sales marketing role with experience in ABM.
  • You possess a strong sense of ownership, driving projects forward independently while maintaining focus on achieving key objectives.
  • You can effectively communicate in English and the local language, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have solid stakeholder management experience, working cross functionally to ensure maximum efficiency and return for the business.
  • You are experienced in managing complex and varied agencies, navigating intricate solutions with all parties involved.
