Deliver technical training and competency programs to ensure Operations Group Departments’ staff have the right capabilities and skills to operate and maintain company facilities in a safe and effective manner.
Key Job Accountabilities

Develop and Deliver Training
-
Develop and deliver in-house technical training, simulator training, and competency programs to ensure staff have the right skills to operate and maintain company facilities and fulfill Operations Group departments’ technical competency requirements.

Training Needs Analysis
-
Analyze training and competency needs to develop and implement customized classroom training and simulator troubleshooting scenarios, enhancing technical skills of Operations and Maintenance personnel, including National Trainees and Graduates.

On-the-Job Training (OJT)
-
Provide on-job training to Operations and Maintenance staff, as well as to Trainees/Graduates. Ensure effective transfer of technical knowledge and skills from Coaches and field employees to Trainees/Graduates.

Procedure Assessments

Conduct procedures assessment for Operations and Maintenance staff, covering technical theoretical knowledge, practical technical skills, and field knowledge.

Onboarding Implementation
-
Implement staff onboarding programs in coordination with Line Supervision to ensure staff readiness to operate and maintain assigned areas, units, and equipment.

Simulator Training
-
Conduct simulator training on plant models, enhance process simulator materials, and develop customized troubleshooting scenarios.

Training Metrics

Implement specific metrics that identify measurable learning objectives aligned with Company’s new project requirements for staff readiness during facility start-ups.

Safety Culture Integration
-
Ensure Process Safety and Incident and Injury-Free (IIF) culture components are properly and effectively embedded in all technical training programs.

Training Reports and Follow-Up
-
Prepare training reports for the Lead and Head of Training, discuss training outcomes with concerned Line Supervision, and develop customized individual technical training interventions to address identified gaps.

Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Knowledge and/or Experience
-
Minimum 4 years of full-time diversified Oil and Gas Operations experience, including 2 years in a training capacity.

Extensive experience in Operations or Maintenance of Oil & Gas facilities.
