Sr ISC Analytics Specialist
As a Sr ISC Analytics Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing expertise in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to address business challenges and develop analytical solutions. Your work will improve decision making in the business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our 1 and you'll work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule. In this role, you will impact the ISC organization by utilizing statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from supply chain data, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will also collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and finance, to align supply chain analytics with overall business goals and strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive the successful execution of a comprehensive data strategy for the Integrated Supply Chain organization, including data collection, storage, and maintenance, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from supply chain data, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and finance, to align supply chain analytics with overall business goals and strategies.
• Identify and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies to support data visualization, reporting, and monitoring of supply chain KPIs.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks through data analysis, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.) • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
