Job Description:

This is a specialist role in the global cyber behaviours team, part of the digital governance, risk and compliance (DGRC) organization.

DGRC fosters a culture of transparency, accountability, and trust by promoting good governance, effective risk management and regulatory compliance. These capabilities help bp balance security with usability, optimize technology investments, and proactively counter cyber threats.

Let me tell you about the role

Safety including cyber safety is bp's top priority. You will support our efforts to drive a culture of strong cyber security behaviours globally across bp.

You will support and manage our cyber behavioural digital products and other activities such as; automation, data insights and metrics and global technology implementation. You will also take an active role in highlighting areas for product innovation and process improvement.

In addition, you will drive the adoption of cyber behaviours in the AsiaPac region, acting as a role model to others, developing your skills and experience as well as other junior members of staff.

What you will deliver

  • Support the management and development of cyber behavioural digital products, including the planning and global implementation of new products.
  • Translate user feedback and research into digital product features.
  • Build intuitive dashboards for core stakeholders to consume cyber behaviours data as well as how we can present our behaviour priorities and metrics.
  • Highlight and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on how we can leverage AI and automation to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our cyber behaviours products, processes and measurement.
  • Support incoming channels and query management from employees.
  • Promote cyber behaviours and support relationships with Asia Pac stakeholders, including supporting our global awareness campaigns and cyber ambassador network.

What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)

  • You will have a tertiary level education and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a similar role for a large-scale organization.
  • Behavioural change expertise - applying behavioural models to influence attitudes, habits, and decision-making.
  • Digital product management - supporting end to end product lifecycle including discovery, design, delivery and improvement.
  • Road mapping and prioritization using agile working practices and sprint planning.
  • Measurement and evaluation - using data, feedback and metrics to assess behavioural impact and enhance strategies.
  • Behavioural insight and user centricity - supporting translating user feedback and research into digital product features.
  • Supplier relationship support - develop and co-ordinate relationships with suppliers, ensuring clear communication of product requirements, track delivery progress including enhancements and problem resolution.
  • Hands on experience orchestrating phishing simulations, operating nudge technology.
  • Project management - strong skills in managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Communication and presentation - strong written and verbal communication.
  • Relationship building - experience working with internal and external partners.
