Function description

As a Commercial Coordinator you will be responsible of:

• The Commercial Coordinator oversees the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to profitability goals.
• They lead contract negotiations and approve pricing structures to align with strategic and financial objectives.
• The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and strategic partners to secure long-term business opportunities.
• They coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement business plans and actively participate in national and international bids.
• The position also includes market analysis, marketing campaign oversight, bilingual communication, and support in the creation of commercial materials and client account management.

Requirements

The Commercial Coordinator must have the following experience and capabilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, International Business, International Trade, Marketing or related.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge of the oil and gas sector.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Certification in Marketing Strategies and Customer Service.
• Negotiation skills, leadership and strategic vision.
• Knowledge in bidding, marketing and B2B sales.
