Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The Project Coordinator will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects by providing administrative and logistical support, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, including team meetings, client meetings, and status updates.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues that could impact timelines or budgets.
- Ensure effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Manage project resources, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and supplies.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare project status reports and presentations for Client and management.
- Help with project-related tasks such as handling internal ERP (Sales orders, Invoicing) and Aramco Portal (Job Logging & Invoicing).
- Assist in the management of project contracts and agreements.
- Support the Line Manager in the overall management of the project.
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & REQUIRED:
- Organized & Detail-Oriented - Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Strong Communication - Clear written and verbal communication with teams and clients.
- Problem-Solving - Ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
- Time Management - Ensure timely completion of tasks and project milestones.
- Team Collaboration - Work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability - Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Technical Skills - Experience with ERP systems, Aramco Portal, and Microsoft Office.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar administrative role.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
