An exciting new opportunity awaits you within our Polymers Europe department, specifically in Sales Administration in Brussels. We are currently seeking a Sales Administration Optimizer to join our dynamic team.

The primary mission of this position is to provide operational and IT support to the teams in Brussels and Bucharest, regarding administrative and sales tasks.

In addition, you will be responsible for implementing sales process improvements and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within our new team. The role involves developing administrative activity reporting, including volumes, margins, and prices.

You will also play a key role in the digitalization of our tools to improve our processes.

In collaboration with the experts in the Continuous Improvement (CI) team, you will also contribute to the optimization of our accounting closings.

Main responsibilities include:

• Participating in continuous improvement projects and the digitalization of our sales tools and processes, as well as IT system functionalities.
• Performing IT tests and preparing user documentation.
• Promoting the use of new tools and functionalities in collaboration with Process experts and KAPSAs (Key Account & Problem Solving Assistants).

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

• Master in Marketing/Business/Sales/ IT/Supply Chain

Technical skills:

• Knowledge in commercial flows linked to sales administration (Order2Cash)
• Knowledge in logistics flows

Computing skills:

• Knowledge of Pack Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of Salsa/CRM is a plus

Languages:

• English: level C1
• French: level C1
• Romanian : nice to have
