Responsibilities:
- Track, coordinate, and drive readiness for all pre-spud activities for unconventional developments
- Oversee the full well lifecycle progression from ideation to spud readiness:
- Opportunity generation
- Land agreements
- Subsurface roadmap
- Permitting
- Execution schedule coordination
- Steward progress and identify schedule or planning risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues or adjust priorities to ensure timely readiness.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor the overall project schedule and progress measurement system.
- Review contractor schedules for logic, consistency with WBS and project plans, and usefulness.
- Support project team with schedule analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Analyze schedule trends and forecast potential impacts.
- Prepare and compile weekly and monthly schedule/progress reports.
- Participate in:
- Developing control schedules and milestones
- Contract bid evaluations
- Gathering and documenting lessons learned
- Respond to ad hoc requests from the Project Management Team (PMT) on controls/reporting.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
- Project controls experience with a focus on planning and schedule control.
- Relevant technical discipline certifications (based on experience).
