Construction Superintendent (Civil & Structural)
Locations: Doha fabrication yards, onshore pipeline & cable corridors, offshore platforms
Join CO? Sequestration Project and take charge of civil, steel-structure, and architectural construction activities. You'll partner daily with the in?house Facilities, Engineering, HSEQ, and Operations teams plus top-tier EPC contractors to deliver a safe, high-quality, on?schedule installation of pipeline corridors, support structures, and key site facilities.
What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise & Coordinate
• Oversee daily civil and structural works: earthworks, steel erection, architectural finishes.
• Monitor EPC contractor and subcontractor performance, reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation.

Safety & Quality Champion

Review method statements, JSAs/JHAs, and work permits to ensure zero harm compliance.

Participate in safety drills and incident investigations alongside the SHE Coordinator.

Interface Management

Liaise with Field Engineering, QA/QC, HSEQ, and Operations to resolve technical queries swiftly.

Attend Project Management and Commissioning readiness meetings to support punchlist closure and handover.

Performance Tracking

Develop and maintain construction metrics and progress dashboards.

Drive lessons?learned workshops and embed continuous improvement in execution plans.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the Company's on?site representative, engaging with shareholder reps as needed. What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences.
• Experience:
• Minimum 8 years on major Oil & Gas construction projects (civil, structural, fabrication, hook?up).
• Proven track record supervising EPC teams & coordinating multi?discipline interfaces.

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of design standards, codes, safety criteria for onshore/offshore facilities.

Familiarity with sour gas/LNG site risks, brownfield modifications, and heavy?lift operations.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal.

Proficient with MS Office and site?management tools.

Highly organized, proactive problem?solver, and collaborative team player.
