Role & Responsibilities: 

• Handle contract lifecycle: creation, review, negotiation.
• Ensure contracts meet policy and legal standards.
• Track contract performance and changes.
• Collaborate to fulfill contract terms.
• Lead contract discussions.
• Assist sales and solutions teams.
• Execute business strategies, discover and pursue new business prospects.
• Oversee and direct bidding activities.
• Build and sustain client relationships.
• Evaluate market trends to guide decisions. 
• Finalize agreements with clients.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven success in contract management, sales or business development.
• Experience in commercial project management.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Fluency in in Chinese would be a big advantage.  
• Willingness to travel frequently.
