Finance Manager BL Emergency Lighting
Your role and responsibilities
JOB PROFILE SUMMARY Acts as a business partner to the relevant business manager for the Emergency Lighting (EML) Asia Pacific region covering China, Australia and New Zealand. Support includes sales promotion, contract renewal, credit management, price management, supply chain management, research and development and operations support. Supports in effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions to ensure compliance with the Group and local guidelines and directives. Leads transformation projects related to but not limited to EML Stanilite is Back strategy, CFIN implementation, enterprise valuation and optimization of the new legal entity setup from business and tax standpoint. Job Responsibilities • Strategy: Contributes to the definition of strategy for the business unit covering China, Australia and New Zealand. Partners with relevant business leader in determining strategy for their area of responsibility and developing implementation and monitoring plan. • Business planning and forecasting: Enables strategy translation into business plans and monitors measurable targets. Leads cross-functional initiatives that support strategic goals. Drives business planning, budgeting and forecasting process for their area of responsibility. Evaluates financial implication of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommends actions. • Business performance: Monitors progress achieved and provides insight and analysis support operational decision-making. Identifies issues and advises management on action plan. Drives appropriate cost structures, productivity optimization, price analysis and capital efficiency. Manages and monitors the cash flow and takes action to improve the Net Working Capital. Prepares monthly management package and presents to global management. • Optimization: Lead business projects that support strategic goals. Drives definition and implementation of global standards to ensure continuous improvement in the financial control process • Internal controls and compliance: Ensures transparency in financial reporting and disclosures. Defines and implements internal controls regarding financial and non-financial operations. Lead / support any internal / external audits. Assesses business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance. • Financial reporting: Establishes and drives processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensures high quality of financial data and business information, in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules. Work closely with finance teams in charge of accounting related activities, such as, AR, AP, etc.

Qualifications for the role
- Education and Experience:
- 8+ years of relevant working Experience on accounting, financial analysis, or controlling areas and 3+ years in people management

- Knowledgeable in USGAAP & PRC GAAP & Local regulations (SAFE, Tax, Customs, etc.)
- Proficient in English, including reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- Skilled at office software, ERP system; SAP experience is a plus
- Nice-to-have Skills:
- Broad knowledge of diverse financial functions in a manufacturing business
