This position reports to

HR Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities

• Establishes strong relationships with business leaders and acting as consultant, accountable for the total HR offering to the business by leveraging Functional Expertise. • Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that the area of responsibility is appropriately organized, staffed, skilled and directed. • Coaches, motivates, and develops talent to build an effective, capable, and high performing team. • Represents HR in the business, establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. • Acts as partner and coach. • Supports the business and the execution of HR Processes, such as Culture/Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, People Reviews, Succession Planning, Leadership and Functional Competency Assessments / Development, Organization Design, Learning & Development, People Performance, Labor Relations, and Policy/Procedure Administration. Involvement in Employee Life Cycle. • Facilitates and ensures success of change management initiatives across area of responsibility; drives behavioral change and continuous improvement. • Support Hub HR leader on managing HR program and processes roll out. Share and develop best practices across the wider HR community. • Ensures compliance with legislation, HR policies and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility. • Acts as personal role model of the expected behavior.

Qualifications for the role

  • A bachelor's/master's degree in any field.
  • Required 5-8 years of experience in HR relevant field, HRBP experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and good at data analysis.
  • Having adaptability and willingness to explore the unknown and learn new skills, e.g. AI tools.
  • Highly independent and motivated to thrive in new environment.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with diverse group.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
