This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial and Reporting Lead to join our Singapore Business Unit.

Key Objectives
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting meets regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Address complex financial issues creatively and effectively.

Expected:
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, excellent communication and leadership abilities
