The OTM Enterprise Delivery Lead owns and leads Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM) solution delivery, driving system improvements, process optimization, and project execution. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT leads, analysts, and delivery teams to ensure the successful design, implementation, and management of OTM solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives.

OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY

Solution Delivery & Architecture:
• Design and manage OTM and GTM architecture supporting logistics and transportation operations.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business needs.
• Oversee configurations, customizations, and integrations within Oracle SCM Fusion applications.

Project Leadership:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and transition.
• Define delivery tasks, milestones, and manage risks, issues, and decisions.
• Engage with third-party implementers and ensure adherence to enterprise governance.
• Drive benefit realization and continuous improvement in collaboration with the business.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination:
• Coordinate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to meet functional and technical requirements.
• Manage cross-functional technical and functional delivery teams.
• Ensure effective communication, stakeholder alignment, and minimal disruption during delivery.

OTM Security & Compliance:
• Manage OTM and GTM security including role management and compliance alignment.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards.

Operations & Quality Assurance:
• Oversee system enhancements, bug fixes, and Level 3 support activities.
• Perform root cause analyses for recurring issues and drive lasting solutions.
• Monitor team performance and ensure high-quality delivery.

Training & Knowledge Transfer:
• Lead training efforts and support knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.
• Promote continuous learning and team development.

Administrative Duties:
• Track and report time, expenses, and project deliverable status.
• Report business analytics and contribute to KPI improvements.
• Complete assigned training and support knowledge sharing within the team.

REQUIRED
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering solutions with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Global Trade Management (GTM), and Oracle SCM Cloud applications.
• 5+ years of experience working with JD Edwards in a technical or functional capacity.
• Proven expertise in OTM/GTM configuration, integration, and deployment within large-scale, multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle SCM processes including Order Management, Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Supply Chain Execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and MS Office tools.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM): Configuration, integration, and optimization.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written—with ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Comfortable in matrix-managed environments with cross-functional team collaboration.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio for process mapping and MS Project for tracking.
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across functions and geographies.

PREFFERED
• Ability to read and understand JD Edwards/Oracle Cloud Event Rules language.
• Moderate knowledge of accounting and financial procedures.
• Formal negotiating training.
• Oilfield industry experience.
• SQL or Showcase experience.
• Foreign language skills.
• Experience in IT project management or within the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Logistics industries.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Event Rules and automation tools.
• Experience with reporting tools and business analytics platforms.
• Exposure to other Oracle SCM modules and enterprise application ecosystems.
