Job Description Summary

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Supply Chain's inventory by product line. Including manage relationships and partnering with GE Aerospace's Commercial Engines & Services and Defense business units as well as across our legacy Supply Chain organization and shops.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for developing standard work to support transition of supply chain's inventory reporting from solely by shop to also by product line for financial forecasts/estimates and actuals reporting
  • Responsible for understanding inventory balances in our Technology & Operations businesses, including understanding of shop level inventory metrics
  • Responsible for maintaining standard work for monthly and quarterly reporting of inventory by product line
  • Develop structured analysis to drive continuous improvement in financial reporting to meet internal customer expectations and drive operational problem solving
  • Support development of operating rhythms with Commercial Engines and Defense businesses to manage and report inventory
  • Effectively communicate inventory performance to cross-divisional internal stakeholders within GE Aerospace
  • Maintain the highest standards of controllership, compliance & rigor - partnering consistently and effectively with other Finance product line and functional leaders


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant Finance roles
