As HR Generalist you will act as the primary HR contact for a specific client group, providing expertise and support on organizational and employee matters.
The role focuses on standard HR activities and processes, with some flexibility to adapt tasks based on changing situations.
The position requires partnering with various HR functions (e.g., payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition) and external institutions (e.g., Employment/Social/Health Insurance offices).
A significant portion of the role involves direct interaction with employees, addressing their questions, onboarding, training, and benefits management.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Updating employee records, managing distribution lists, authorizing invoices, and tracking mandatory trainings.
  • Assisting with payroll issues, onboarding new hires, organizing probation period meetings, and supporting benefits enrollment.
  • Preparing reports using HRIS tools and reporting tools to provide HR metrics and headcount data.
  • Tracking and organizing EHS trainings, mandatory/non-mandatory trainings, and medical surveillances.
  • Liaising with public institutions and medical providers.
  • Contributing to HR-related projects, such as vaccination initiatives for Service Technicians.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English and Czech
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS tools
