To strengthen our execution capabilities, we are now seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, international customer projects and ensure delivery that meets the highest standards of performance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Your Role - Lead with Impact

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of large-scale and often multidisciplinary international projects. You will take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle-from contract release and engineering coordination to manufacturing, delivery, and final customer acceptance.

You will be entrusted with managing all project dimensions: schedules, budgets, risk, quality and communication. You'll lead a dedicated core project team and collaborate across departments and disciplines, including engineering, planning, procurement, manufacturing, cost control, HSE and quality. You will also work closely with senior management and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between project delivery and broader business goals.

This is a senior, high-visibility role where your leadership, structure, and ability to handle complexity will directly impact not only project success but also long-term customer relationships and NOV's market reputation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the entire project execution process, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and delivery targets
• Leading & influencing cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization
• Managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and risks
• Driving contract review, baseline management, and change control processes
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress and financials
• Representing the customer internally and securing successful collaboration across departments
• Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery through proactive leadership
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project execution processes

Qualifications and Skills:

We are looking for a seasoned project leader with a passion for delivering excellence in high-stakes, international project environments.

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• 7-10+ years of professional experience in project management within the oil & gas or energy industry
• A solid track record of managing complex, high-value international projects finish in a dynamic environment
• A portfolio mindset with the ability to handle multiple deliverables and stakeholders
• Experience working in a matrix organization and leading diverse project teams
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills
• A relevant degree in engineering, project management, or related field
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) are highly valued
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, ERP systems)
• Fluency in English (Danish is an advantage)
• A collaborative, solution-oriented approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
