The role responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily vehicle movement, bussing, airport drop off and pickups.
- Coordinate travels and accommodation booking during rotation leave and other related business travels.
- Ensure travel (and related) invoices are received on time, working close with site admin.
- Make meeting room reservations.
- Ensure PCM staff mobilizations, badging process, SIMPER and renewals are met and if required organize ongoing medical reviews of PCM staff.
- Ensure and monitor smooth mobilization and badging process of contractors' workforce.
- Ensure PCM accommodation and catering are running smooth by coordinating with
- Client Company's counterpart.
- Ensure Client Company vehicles are maintained by coordinating with Client Company.
- Coordinate with Client Company and contractors on temporary facilities set up/fit for use.
- Ensure OTs are recorded and submitted for approvals.
- Ensure Rotational cycle reports are sent to client weekly.
- Assist HSE department in submitting weekly HSE reports.
- Have a valid Indonesian car license (Manual).
Requirement:
- Diploma / Associate Diploma in Administration
- Approximately, 2 - 5 years ideally to include experience in administrative position.
- Have a valid Indonesian car driving license is required. (Manual)
- Previous experience with a contracting or consulting company will be advantageous.
- Experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry, including previous administrative experience.
